Kids Heart Challenge
Monday – February 10th –Teamwork /Crazy Socks/”High 5” Day!
Wear you’re your favorite team jersey or “polka dots” - or crazy socks pair up for a day to start ready for some fun to begin the Kids Heart Challenge week! Perrie encourages you to be on-time and ready for each day with everything you need! Crush doesn’t mess around and is always on the lookout to help others. He is a good sport and greets everyone with a “High 5” so you can work together to have fun!!!
Tuesday – February 11th – Knox/Finn Day or wear Orange or Blue Colors
Dress in his colors of blue or orange celebrate with FINN who is always looking for ways to protect you, and stay healthy by eating right, drinking water, and exercising daily to build strong healthy bodies or…Just be like KNOX and spread the word to avoid tobacco and vaping – take a stand as a protector to promote healthy hearts!
Wednesday – February 12th – Neon/Tie-Dye/Mismatch Day!
SOFIE reminds everyone that eating colorful fruits and vegetables is good for their hearts! Eat healthy and try to mix up your colors inside and out of your bodies today!!!
Thursday – February 13th – Show your Red for Healthy Hearts
Wear Red today… Be on the lookout with KNOX who always looking for ways to be kind to his friends. Take some time today to write a note to a friend or look to make a new one out at recess today.
Friday – February 14th – Cen-Den Spirit wear/ Sunny Hawaiian Print/Cool Shades Day (Blue/Yellow Day)
Sunny wants you to get out and move more – with the weekend coming dress for a sunny fun filled day to maybe see a kite fly or show your Dolphin pride! Mission accomplished for a great Kids Heart Challenge week and finish it off with a family walk this weekend to keep growing that healthy happy body!!!
Reminder that all Kids Heart Challenge envelopes and online donations are due by Friday - February 14, 2020
